By day I do planning at a production facility — taking complex processes and simplifying them into something that actually works. The rest of the time I build websites for businesses with that same discipline. Here's my story in short.
I live in Istanbul. My main job is production planning: at a facility I work out which line runs when, and at what capacity. It might sound unrelated to web design — but at their core they're the same thing: taking something messy and turning it into a system that runs smoothly.
On the web side, I've been designing sites for companies and individuals for years. When a project comes to me, the first thing I ask is: "What is this site for, where will it take the visitor?" Design and code come after that. Because neither of us wants a site that looks great but serves no purpose.
The advantage of working solo: you have a single point of contact. The person who designs, writes the code and supports it afterwards is always me. I deliver the work I promise, in the time I promise.
Building the master production schedule, capacity planning, production order management and workforce planning.
Managing the production module on ERP systems, working with the SAP PP module and optimizing the system.
Stock level optimization, setting min-max stock thresholds, ABC analysis and inventory turnover management.
Statistical forecasting methods, seasonal analysis, trend analysis and sales forecasting processes.
Lean manufacturing principles, waste elimination, Kanban, 5S and continuous improvement (Kaizen) practices.
Tracking production KPIs, Power BI dashboards, advanced data analysis and reporting with Excel.

Managing production operations, process improvement, team coordination and tracking operational efficiency.
Managing production shifts, coordinating staff, tracking production targets and overseeing quality control processes.
